Cedar Hill State Park

After reading some about this trail I decided to ride it...have rode it four times in the last month or so..did the 12 mile loop yesterday in an hour and half...the trail is not technical and has a lot of small climbs mixed into the switch backs..some of these go on for a bit..it is one of the trails around here that you can actually get some speed up on and maintain it...it was cooler yesterday so that did help..I have no doubt that in the summer this trail can be brutal..because it is not so technical you mat find yourself ripping it at the start and before you know it your in it deep and toasted with a long way to go before the end..unlike say Isle Du Bois where we will stop and take breaks sometimes before the real rough stuff.
